If an item is on back-order, you will be contacted via email regarding the back-ordered item, an approximate ship date, and any changes to the status of back-ordered items in your order. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to charge you for back-ordered items later; therefore, you will be charged for all items at checkout. Occasionally, items will go on back-order before your order is fulfilled. If this happens, we will alert you via email.
In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email us at email@example.com.
If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email and your method of payment will be credited.
