Back-orders and Cancellations

If an item is on back-order, you will be contacted via email regarding the back-ordered item, an approximate ship date, and any changes to the status of back-ordered items in your order. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to charge you for back-ordered items later; therefore, you will be charged for all items at checkout. Occasionally, items will go on back-order before your order is fulfilled. If this happens, we will alert you via email.

In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email us at 

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email and your method of payment will be credited.
