First Annual Fly Day Event for Special Needs Kids

Sky Kids “offers to children with special needs an opportunity to fly in a general aviation aircraft with an expert pilot along with a parent or friend to experience the wonders and enjoyment of flight. The children will gain confidence and self esteem by being "in command" of the amazing machine.”
OPJ Ambassador Claire and her teammates are hosting their first Sky Kids event in Chino, California. Flights will start at 0800 and go until about 1630. They are accepting 65 families of children with disabilities. There will be a free lunch, craft, police and firefighters, as well as static aircraft displays.
